In Kyiv, a wild deer was caught walking through the streets of the city. The animal has already been returned to the forest.
This was reported to the Kyiv Patrol Police.
On the evening of October 24, the police received a report that a deer was running on Chistyakivska Street. The patrolmen could not stop the animal, because there was a risk of injuring it.
“Already early in the morning, when the forest guest ran into the territory of the kindergarten and lay down to rest between the buildings of the institution, the inspectors began measures to return the animal to the wild.” – the police say.
For this, a group of veterinarians and an organization that agreed to transport the animal were involved.
Wildlife rescue workers put the deer to sleep. Thanks to this, the animal was safely transported to the nearest forest.
