“During the conversation in a veiled form, the teacher informed him about the need to transfer $1,000 to her for successful enrollment at the educational institution”says the court verdict.

When the man brought money to the teacher on October 11, the official indicated that he should write a statement about the transfer of this money as charitable assistance for the educational institution.

After the applicant left the application and money in the office, the law enforcement officers arrived.

Having enrolled in studies, the man wanted to avoid mobilization, the court’s verdict states.

The official was tried under the article on acceptance of an offer, promise or receipt of an unlawful benefit (Part 3 of Article 368-3 of the Criminal Code).

She was found guilty and fined 34,000 hryvnias, as well as banned from holding the post of dean in educational institutions for a year.
