In Kherson, teachers are forced to do PR in parent chats on the Telegram channel of the head of the Kherson City Military Administration, Roman Mrochka, local media claim.

Journalists received a screenshot of a message sent by the director of the education department of the Kherson City Council, Natalya Zhurzhenko. On it, she campaigns to subscribe to Mrochka’s Telegram channel.
The official explains this by access to up-to-date information about the situation in the community, children’s health and recreation, obtaining digital devices and humanitarian aid.

However, as MOST suggests, in this way they are trying to increase the number of subscribers to Roman Mrochka’s Telegram channel.
