He promised to consider the proposal by electronic voting, the website of the Kyiv City Council reports. The petition was registered by actress Ada Rogovtseva. It refers to renaming Nimanska Street, located in Kyiv, after the surname of the fallen soldier Da Vinci. The old name comes from the name of the Niman River, which flows in the Kaliningrad region of the Russian Federation. “The proposal to rename one of the streets in the city of Kyiv in honor of Dmytro Kotsyubail will be put to an electronic rating vote,” Vitaliy Klychko said.
