The results of the inspection should be made public in a month, the head of the National Agency for Quality Assurance of Higher Education (NAZYAVO) Andrii Butenko said in a comment to “UP. Life”. According to him, the dissertation verification procedure has several stages of verification that cannot be undone. “A complaint is received, then we check whether all the elements are present, according to the resolution of this complaint. If there are, the case is taken up for consideration: the secretariat makes a technical analysis and prepares a comparative table, which is then transferred to the ethics committee. In particular, because 10-15 years ago people did not have such a technical possibility for checking, the programs were not so perfect. I think now many people will be surprised that there was once inattentive,” the head of the agency believes. It will be recalled that earlier the Minister of Education was accused of plagiarism.
