Then a man and a woman approached Tsymbalenko with the demand to hand them 50,000 US dollars for not bringing the manager to criminal responsibility for the actions committed by her subordinates. Fraudsters intimidated the director of the children’s institution, claiming that she would also be held criminally liable if she did not pay the “law enforcement officers”. After that, for a month, they tricked and threatened the director of the kindergarten to hand over the funds. “During the transfer and receipt of a part of the stipulated amount in the amount of 340,000 hryvnias, the specified persons were detained in accordance with Article 208 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
