Scientists have established the true origin of “alien mummies” discovered in Peru

A pair of “alien mummies” that were discovered last year at the airport of the capital of Peru have a completely “terrestrial origin”. These are humanoid dolls, probably made from human and animal bones.
This is evidenced by the scientific analysis of the discovered “mummies,” writes Reuters. Scientists also analyzed a separate hand with three fingers and ruled out any connection of the “mummies” with extraterrestrial life.
Two unidentified figures resembling mummified bodies with elongated heads and three-fingered hands, dressed in traditional Andean clothing, were found in a cardboard box at a courier service office at Lima Airport in 2017.
Some media have speculated about their possible alien origin. Mexican journalist and UFO enthusiast Jaime Maussan claimed that these bodies are about 1,000 years old. In September 2023, these tiny mummified bodies were even presented at a hearing in the Mexican Congress.

But later, most experts rejected the extraterrestrial origin of the mummified bodies, calling the events surrounding them a fraud. They suggested that they might be mutilated ancient human mummies combined with animal parts.
And on January 12, 2024, at a press conference in Lima, experts put an end to this issue. They stated that the remains were not extraterrestrial.

“These are not aliens. These are dolls made from the bones of animals from our planet, joined with synthetic glue“, said Flavio Estrada, an archaeologist from the Institute of Legal Medicine and Forensics of Peru.
