In the Podilsk district of Odesa, a teenage girl abused a dog: she cut his nose with a blade. At the same time, she commented on her actions and recorded them on her mobile phone.
The video of the abuse was released by the public organization URSA. They emphasized that the animal’s injuries show that its young owner is not doing something like this for the first time.
On January 26, the video was discovered by law enforcement officers, reports the GUNP in the Odesa region. The police established the identity and whereabouts of the child.
It turned out that a 12-year-old girl at that time abused her own animal two years ago in the Podilsk district, where she still lives.

The dog is alive. The police are working with the girl now.
She faces punishment under Part 4 of Article 299 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The sanction includes deprivation of liberty for a term of five to eight years with confiscation of the animal.
We will remind you that in Pavlograd, in the Dnipropetrovsk region, a minor girl mocked domestic animals and recorded it on camera. Her mother was reported to the police and social services. Later, the military took the animals away from the family.
