Law enforcement officers have opened criminal proceedings against a blogger who, during a TikTok stream, declared that she hates Ukraine and shouted the slogan “glory to Russia”.

This was reported by the National Police of Odesa region.

There were two girls on the video: one of them spoke disparagingly about Ukraine and glorified Russia, and the other covered her mouth. However, this did not save the situation: law enforcement officers discovered the recording of the stream at night while monitoring social networks.

The police established the identity of both girls and their place of residence.

The girl, who spoke negatively about Ukraine, explained to the law enforcement officers that she was “drunk” and wanted to “make senseless insults” with this statement.

Her actions were classified as war propaganda and criminal proceedings were initiated.

This crime is punishable by correctional labor for a term of up to two years or arrest for a term of up to six months, or imprisonment for a term of up to three years.

Also, the girls’ phones were confiscated and a search was conducted, during which a plastic bag with a green plant substance similar to cannabis was discovered.

“Now the issue of entering information into the Unified Register of Pre-Trial Investigations is also being decided on the basis of part 1 of Article 309 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, i.e. for the illegal production, manufacture, acquisition, storage, transportation or forwarding of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances or their analogues without a purpose sales”, – added the police.

We will remind, in June 2023, two pensioners were detained in Lviv Oblast. They supported the Russian occupation of Ukrainian territories.
