2-year-old Marianna from Mariupol, who lived in the basement for 2 months at the beginning of the full-scale war and lost her walking skills due to stress, was discharged from “Okhmatdyt” Lviv Regional Children’s Hospital “Okhmatdyt”. The girl was born and grew up in Mariupol. The family lived in the basement of the house for the first two months of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation. She didn’t react to anything,” Maria adds. As a result, the family decided to evacuate the city. First she went to Berdyansk, and then to Lviv Oblast. Doctors named stress as the reason for the loss of walking skills. During the year, physical therapists, occupational therapists, psychologists, and a speech and language therapist worked with Marianna.
