The Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center informs that on November 18-20 in most regions of Ukraine, worsening weather conditions are expected: it will rain and snow, and up to 10-15 centimeters of snow is forecast in the west and east of the country.
“On November 18, in the western, Zhytomyr and Vinnytsia regions – significant sleet and snow (formation of a snow cover 5-10 centimeters high, in Prykarpattia up to 20 centimeters in places), wet snow sticking in some places, ice on the roads.” – forecasters warn.
