Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhnyi is preparing a dissertation for defense at the Odessa Law Academy.

The topic of the dissertation is classified due to state secrets, but it is related to official discipline, military personnel and disciplinary offenses.

This is evidenced by the data of the information system of the National Agency for Quality Assurance of Higher Education NAQA.Svr, “Hromadske” reported.

Both Zaluzhnyi’s dissertation and its abstract are state secrets in the field of defense, state security, and law enforcement.

It will be recalled that on September 13, it became known that the head of the Main Directorate of Intelligence, Kyrylo Budanov, is entering a postgraduate course in political science at the Ostroh Academy.
